Design of PlayStation 5 and Xbox series X

Microsoft has revealed a full-fledged design of the game and it is a very stunning one. It is larger than Xbox one S and Xbox One X. On the other hand the Xbox X series console is vertically designed like a CPU, it is carried forward the same old design but with a hole in the middle with vents

Colour of PlayStation 5 and Xbox series X

The Xbox series X continues with the monochromatic colour scheme that has been followed previously. The default colour is black with a yellow button as Y, red button as B and a green button as a and blue button as X. The Home button remains white when the device is switched on.

Sony has a dual sense and to colour tone design scheme. It generally comes in black and white. The most attractive feature is the spark of colour that comes from the light bar. It glows blue when the controller is on. The colour scheme of both the controllers is very unique. The Xbox is Black Best whereas Sony is White based.

Size of PlayStation 5  and Xbox series X

The size of the console is not what we are concerned about, it is the size of a controller that must fit in our hands. So Microsoft and Sony have designed a controller which is small and usually fits in hand.

PS5 comes with 36 CU while Xbox Series X has 52 CU. Ps5 GPU has less processing units than Xbox X processing units but it’s not as poor as PS5 is. Though it may have fewer processing units, these are powerful, and the impact on graphics that both consoles would have is just incredible. Ps5 Cu runs on a 2.23 Hz frequency, that’s perfect!

The processor of PS5 is different with a lower frequency as compared to the Xbox series X. It doesn’t make such a big difference, it’s only about 0.3 in both. Generally, you won’t be able to figure out the difference but yes if you’re playing a high-powered game there might be some flaws. PS5 comes with AMD Zen 2( 3.5 GHz, eight-core) and Xbox Series X comes with AMD zen 2(3.8 GHz, eight-core)

The power future of both devices has been inherited from the previous generation consoles. PS5 has a battery that you need to charge whereas Xbox series X has an external battery, where you need to use AA batteries or rechargeable batteries. Both of them are excellently good and has supportive battery life. You can play it we even when there are electricity cuts.

Both the devices have a backward compatibility feature so that you do not lose your data. It is one of the most astonishing and useful features because no one likes to play the same games, again and again, to reach a particular level and then again start over. So now after the release of Xbox series X and PS5 you can start your game from where you had left before. Apart from this, the Xbox one controllers can also be used while playing Xbox series X.
