Leveraging 5G mobile phones, Samsung set a world record for 1GB downloading speed in 10 seconds which will assist users to upload 1GB of video in just 10 seconds, which is two times faster than the average download speed.
Samsung Electronics reported on October 15 that it has boasted an uploading speed of 711 megabits per second. This speed was reached throughout a Texas experiment in the United States in association with Verizon and Qualcomm, a telecommunications tech firm.
On a 200 MHz bandwidth, this speed was obtained. Samsung has employed mm-wave 5G bands to accomplish this task.The faster uploading speed helps consumers to download high-quality videos in just a few minutes. Samsung employed a 28GHz-band 5G cell site, a 2.1GHz-band 4G cell site, and vCore.
