The 324 Consultancy, founded in 2019 by Alex Coburn, Sara Ng, and Oli Johnson, is a boutique consulting firm specialising in cyber risk management and cyber security. It provides consultancy and programme delivery services to clients across the financial services industry, and it has grown significantly since its inception, despite the increased digital demands of the past two years.

The organisation is eager to expand on its momentum and reinforce its goals by creating a new brand and website. It has a 30-person staff and a solid client base. The company has been renamed ‘ThreeTwoFour,’ and its new name and digital identity, according to Co-founder Coburn, who is now a Director, represent the firm’s position in helping clients “handle their cyber security concerns.”

The new brand features a new, bespoke website designed and constructed by Identify Digital, as well as a new style produced by Fluro, a creative firm. Adam Donald, Client Services at Fluro, was keen to emphasise ThreeTwoFour’s role in supporting customers through difficult digital changes while discussing the new branding’s approach.

Sara Ng, co-founder and director of ThreeTwoFour, expressed her satisfaction that Fluro noticed how the firm creates close ties with its clients. She claims that the design reflects this as well.

“Our new identity represents the reality that we supply secure solutions through strong human ties and smart, intelligent techniques,” says the company.
