To compensate the users for their loss Reliance Jio has decided to give a 2-day unlimited complimentary plan to the affected users from tonight. For those having unaware of the matter let me tell you that since 6 October morning reliance Jio services are not working across several states of India which causes a lot of trouble to the Jio users.
The outage was restored in some areas by evening however still several people facing trouble while calling or accessing the internet on their phones. According to the down detector, over 4,000 users face outages across India out of which 41 percent have been suffered from no signal issue, 37 percent have been unable to read their emails, whereas 23 percent faced a total blackout.
Several users took to Twitter to complain about the server down issue and also posted memes regarding this issue. Although, now the telecom company step forward to calm people out and sent a sorry message in which they mentioned giving this complimentary unlimited plan. However, the plan can only be applied by the users having an ongoing Jio plan.
