The Spamhaus Project has discovered a new e-mail phishing scam that has put the personal data of 100,000 Netizens at risk

Hackers took advantage of FBI servers to inform the netizens about a cyber attack. Around 100,000 emails were sent early Saturday morning. Spamhaus Project, an international group that offers cyber threat assistance disclosed the news with the Netizens.

According to the security experts, These emails represent merely a minor portion of a bigger attack. The email looks very much identical to the FBI’s official email ID. Approximately 100,000 Netizens are believed to have received the fake alerts.The warning blames Vinny Troia, the founder of Shadowbyte behind these bogus cyber attacks.

The hackers also accused Vinny Troia as a child abuser in the past. Although, still no one has discovered why hackers are ruining the image of Vinny Troia. No specific data has been discovered yet regarding the hackers’ location however whenever more data is released we’ll notify you on this site as our team is still trying to investigate the issue.

For time being the security, researchers have requested the Netizens to notify unusual actions whenever discovered. If some security experts are to be believed the latest hacking attempt is done by a hackers group named “pompompurin”.
