Smartphone maker OPPO indicates to expand its service centers to over 600 across India by next year. Currently, the company has over 500 service centers in around 500 Indian cities. The company took this decision to offer its users more flexibility and convenience so that they’re more likely to buy their brands.

Besides this, Oppo has also broadened its after-sales centers in rural areas including Kudal, Modasa, Nangal, Udhampur, Mayiladuthurai, Dharmapuri, Hingoli, and Thootupupudi which helped them to improve its after-sales service experience and position itself at no. 1. Moreover, to offer its customers easy access to customer support Oppo had also launched an AI chatbot, Ollie to assist Customers to get 24×7 customer support.

Since the launch of the AI bot around 94.5% of customers’ issues have been solved.
