Microsoft India has started a new initiative called Microsoft for Startups programme in which Microsoft India along with Invest India will be onboarding 11 startups for various fields such as agriculture, defense, security, IT, ITeS, waste management, financial services, e-mobility, etc.
The said startups will be getting highly advanced benefits from Microsoft and will be able to access and use the latest technology such as Azure, GitHub and M365 which will help them to run their business at a much faster pace.
This programme from Microsoft will be working closely with AGNIi (Accelerating Growth of New India’s Innovations) Mission, which is an independent mission of Offices of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Indian Government.(Source: Timesnownews)
This is also a marketing strategy for Microsoft as their software, Microsoft Azure Marketplace is a sales enterprise kind of software and the startups will be getting access to the software so it will be in news because of this partnership.
