Amazon’s latest video streaming service MiniTV is “professionally” made and curated for streaming web series, comedy shows, tech news, food, beauty, fashion, and lots more. Although it is open to the public, ads can be seen by users. It’s available in the Amazon shopping app.

Amazon stated via its blog post,“With the launch of miniTV, the Amazon.in shopping app has become a single destination for customers to shop from millions of products, make payments, and watch free entertainment videos,”. Currently, only Android users can use the new video streaming service. In the coming months, the iOS and mobile web versions will be announced.

Amazon promises to introduce a slew of new and exclusive videos in the coming weeks. It’s important to note that Amazon Prime and miniTV are two different networks.

According to the firm,”miniTV is completely free and it does not require a separate app. Prime Video requires a Prime subscription and offers a collection of award-winning Amazon Originals, latest movies and TV shows in English and 9 Indian languages. Viewers can access Prime Video on the app or  stream it on their smart TVs”

How to get Amazon MiniTV

To watch miniTV, all you have to do is open the Amazon app on your Android phone. Right now, there is no separate way to use the new service. Simply open the Amazon app and scroll down a little to find miniTV. If you’ve found it, tap on the miniTV to access a new section with free web series and other material.
