Android users won’t be able to log into BGMI via Facebook web by November 5th. However, no iPhone user will be affected by this new update. Due to the newly modified rules of Facebook, Krafton disabled Facebook Web login for Battlegrounds Mobile India’s Android app. In a statement BGMI spokesperson said,

“As we previously warned you on August 31, log in with a Facebook profile in embedded browsers on Android phones would be banned in the coming months due to a policy modification linked to the Facebook SDK,”

However, you can install Facebook app on your Android phone to access BGMI via Facebook. Apart from that, you can also log in to BGMI via your Twitter account or other ways.

However, Krafton’s move to restrict login via the Facebook web seems to be against users’ preferences. This update will also hit hard to the players who’re desperate to fight as zombies or use super weaponry to exterminate foes in Infection Mode and Payload 2.0 Mode.
