Jeff Bezos explained that it is the exact day on which Amazon was founded 27 years earlier in 1994”. Bezos furthermore, stated that “he will continue to work on a few of his major initiatives, involving his aerospace business Blue Origin, his philanthropic initiative, and supervise his newspaper The Washington Post in coming years”.
